The B&S 3098 CC tuba is arguably the most well known CC tuba in existence. More auditions have been won on the 3098 than most other tubas. Also known as the PT-6 in the USA, that name is less often used as the PT designation is trademarked by another company. I bought and imported this 3098 particular from Robert Tucci, who play tested and approved. Arrived May 2022.

Bore : .748" - .826" / 19-21 mm

Bell : 18.8"/ 480 mm

Valves : 5 rotary valves, 5th valve right hand, 5th slide one or two whole steps

Features : 3B™ linkage system

Finish : Clear lacquer

Includes: Gig bag and Robert Tucci mouthpiece
