This is a Bach professional tenor trombone from the mid-1970's. Built in Elkhart, Indiana, its silver plate finish is completely intact. Traditional wrap F-attachment allows pull to E for low range agility.
I gave the Bach a very light polish and wipe down. You can see some tarnish in the photos. It can be much shinier, given a few minutes of detailing.
I sent the Bach to Robb Stewart who tuned the hand slide, rotated a worn chrome tube, tightened the rotor and removed all the micro dents. This trombone's looks and mechanical action is all top notch.
The case interior is in good condition but the exterior finish is worn, with some paint splatter. If you seek a style upgrade, we can substitute any case for a discount price, please ask for a quote. Or maybe the exterior is an art project to be.
The Bach is on consignment here from the original owner who bought it new and played for 2 years. It's been in storage since then. 40 years? Includes Bach mouthpiece.
