If you would like to return an item for refund or
exchange, please make sure that it is still in new condition with all
packaging. Contact us to let us know it's on the way back. If it's
a large item and you need assistance with arranging shipping, please ask, as
it's no problem.
All accessory returns must be made within 30 days
All instruments have a 7 day trial period. If you
wish to make a return, please contact us during that time.
If an item is defective, we work to remedy the problem,
either directly, or with the manufacturer.
