We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.com.  If you wish to send us your credit card number via email, you may send the expiration date in a separate email for security.

Note: If you wish to pay with a Visa or Mastercard, that is, any card starting with the number 4 or 5, We'll also need the V-code. The V-code is printed in the signature box on the back of the card. It's the last three numbers.  If you wish to pay with American Express, we'll need the 4-digit number above your card number, on the front.

We can accept wire transfers, but please know our bank charges a $25 fee.

If you wish to prepay by check, let us know, and we'll put the items aside, give you a shipping quote, and wait for payment.

 

Shipping Rates

Estimated shipping costs for some items below are subject to change. We ship United Parcel Service, US Postal Service and BAX Global.

We use Bax Global for international shipments too large for the Postal Service, mainly to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and others.

Returns

We rarely get any returns because we try to spend time and effort to find the right item for you. Please let us know immediately of any errors or damage when your shipment arrives. Returns are limited to one week from time of receipt of the goods. Returned items must be in new and saleable condition with all packaging. All returns must have a return authorization number, issued by us in order to be eligible for a full refund. Please contact us immediately if you plan on making a return. Instruments and mouthpieces have a 7 day trial period. After 7 days the instrument is considered sold, despite how much you played or did not play the horn.  Any instruments that are damaged by the customer are considered sold. Customers are responsible for return shipping. All shipping is non refundable. We will gladly help resolve any manufacturing defects between the customer and manufacturer. Please contact us with any problems. No returns on special orders. Exceptions to the above are always possible as we want you to be happy with your purchase.

About restocking fees: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returns of mouthpieces and more expensive items. Why? Credit card charges and labor to box a horn are expensive. Our restocking fee is 3%
